It requires the ability to respond to a brief or develop a self-initiated proposal, originate the concept, seek technical and creative input, adjust the proposal and create an operational specification for the implementation of the concept.No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of endorsement. | ||
